Full-Time Job Details Description Bloomin’ Brands has an immediate opening for an experienced Sr. Compensation Analyst to join our team. This individual serves as a key resource to the HR department, providing technical expertise and guidance to HR partners regarding compensation issues and practices. The role is based in our Tampa Restaurant Support Center, but will work remotely for the remainder of 2020, unless business needs dictate otherwise. Local candidates only, no relocation benefits are available for this role.  ESSENTIAL DUTIES Consults with concept and HR partners on compensation issues and practices. Assists with preparation of executive compensation analyses and presentations. Implements and administers base pay and incentive compensation programs, including job classification and job family structures, job pricing criteria and compensation structures. Evaluates jobs and determines appropriate pay levels based on internal and external job and market pay comparisons. Creates monthly bonus accrual for Accounting to ensure accurately planning for annual bonus. Assists in special compensation projects, including development of new and redesign of existing rewards programs by providing insight and analytical skills to evaluate impacts and effects of changes to compensation programs. Liaisons with HRIS team in design and implementation of new HR software initiatives, as well as upgrades and fixes to existing tools. Manages the participation in published, custom and ad hoc surveys. Produces a variety of competitive, financial and statistical analyses in support of global compensation design efforts. Develops training programs to communicate new or revised compensation programs. REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor’s degree, required. Master’s degree, preferred. CCP certification, preferred. Experience/Skills: 3-5 years’ experience in all components of Compensation, required. Experience with executive compensation program design and/or administration in a publicly traded company, preferred. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously Strong understanding of state and federal laws, regulations and statutes relating to compensation, including ERISA, FLSA, and tax withholding and reporting, required.   Qualifications
