Job Description
The Human Resources Administrator is a professional who completes administrative duties for the human resources group for the North America Residential Business. Assists HR managers with recruitment, maintain employee records, assist with payroll processing and provide administrative support to HR leaders within Masonite. Coordinates calendars, appointments, schedules, meetings, SharePoint and Teams sites.
• Creates spreadsheets from Workday for business analytics
• Analyzes data for various projects as defined by HR leader
• Uses business and/or functional department information (e.g. weekly, monthly scorecards, (lean) metrics, attendance, HC, TO, recruiting, etc.) to create advanced PowerPoint presentations and reports as requested
• Prepares and coordinates agenda and ATOMS follow up for HR Teams calls
• Consolidates ATOMS from all HR meetings for HR Leaders and follow up on actions
• Coordinates with HR Field team organization chart
• Prepares and processes tasks related to hiring and requisitions
• Provides back up to other HR Coordinators and Senior Corporate Administrative Assistant
• Promotes HR programs and assists with effective group wide communication
• Plays active role in various HR projects
• Monitors various training and follows up with the Field HR on completion and timely reporting.
• Runs reports from Docebo and notifies participants about status of step progression
• Schedules travel as requested using Concur/Frosch; Prepares expense report using Concur for HR leaders
• Other duties as assigned by Vice President, Human Resources, Residential North America
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft applications (SharePoint, Microsoft Office 360 suite to include Microsoft Teams)
• Ability to handle competing priorities
• Ability to research and analyze using various types of data and methods
• Strong organizational ability (very well organized)
• Good judgment and ability to deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, computer literacy, and communication skills (written & verbal) are essential successful perform in this position
• Works with integrity and respect displaying a high degree of tact and diplomacy
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative human resources role
• HR Certification PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM SCP
