As the Listing Manager, you’ll be in charge of the customer experience for all of our clients selling their houses and you’ll help manage our busy office. Your major responsibilities will include:
• Prepare listing documents and coordinate listings
• Design client follow up plans and run reports from the team database
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers calling in to our team
• Assist company CEO and be a positive force within the team
• Manage the office, including ordering supplies and keeping everything running

Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of fast paced administrative or office based customer service experience
• Comfortable managing client communications and handling incoming phone calls around other tasks
• Amazing attention to detail - no room for typos in this business!
• Strong interpersonal, follow-up, communication and time management skills
• Desire to learn and grow
• Proactive to push agenda along with clients, vendors, and agents via spoken and written means
• Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Google Docs, Spreadsheet and Slides.
• Marketing knowledge thru Instagram and Facebook
• Implementing marketing efforts to create new opportunities for listings in tandem with team lead
• Listing marketing experience preferred - photography, video, internet marketing of listings.
• Real Estate license preferred, not required, but some real estate experience is required. This position would be ideal for an agent looking for a change and steady income
• Prefer experience with MLS systems, listing input and listing/sales forms, as well as experience in closing real estate transactions.
• Needs to be able to manage Social Media accounts and design and send Email Campaigns.
• Understanding of social, PPC, email, marketing automation and other digital marketing disciplines
• Background in paid ad campaigns/Google analytics/keyword search
