As a member of the People team you will be, “Enriching People’s Lives Through Their Crazy Good Experience” by driving recruitment and sourcing strategies to attract the best talent for our restaurants. Working hand-in-hand with the senior leaders of restaurant operations to successfully execute the full life cycle recruitment process to find talent for all levels within our restaurants.
HOW YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE EVERYDAY
• Managing the full cycle recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for open restaurant positions within assigned regions
• Utilizing a variety of sourcing strategies not limited to but to include: employee referrals, job fairs, on-site hiring events, grassroots efforts and strategic sourcing
• Proactively forecasting recruitment needs with operations leadership to effectively workforce plan
• Maintaining high levels of hiring manager satisfaction and providing a positive candidate experience
• Updating and maintaining workforce planning and risk reports, applicant tracking system and other assigned data entry responsibilities
• Establishing service level agreements (SLA's) and performing to those metrics on a consistent basis
YOU'VE GOT THIS?
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-3 years minimum of field recruitment experience
• Ability to build rapport with team, hiring managers, internal stakeholders and community partners
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communications skills
• High energy to keep up with our fast paced environment
• Agile minded, capable of reprioritizing quickly to align with business needs
• Commitment to our core values of integrity, service, excellence, and courage to be bold
• High energy with a positive, customer-centric attitude
• Comfortable working in a metrics driven environment
