Job Summary
The UK Targeted Assessment Program ( TAP ) is an innovative program designed to identify and address barriers to self-sufficiency and safety among Department for Community Based Services ( DCBS ) clients. It is supported with Temporary Assistance to Needy Families ( TANF ) funds.
The Community Based Services Manager/ TAP Field Supervisor will be a UK employee co-housed the Two Rivers DCBS Service Region, with program coordination, staff supervision, and direct service functions. Duties include: outreach; screening/assessment; referral; pre-treatment; intensive case management; follow-up services; case consultation; collaboration; documentation; reporting; and other duties as assigned.
This position ensures the provision of high quality TAP services through individual and group supervision with assigned Targeted Assessment Specialist staff and ensures effective program implementation and collaboration with DCBS and other community partners in assigned counties.
