Full Job Description
Smith Transportation Services, LLC is a mid sized Florida based transportation company looking to bring on a full time, lead recruiter to be based out of our Tampa office located at 5040 Joanne Kearney Blvd. This position will offer flexibility in regards to working remotely. Up until this point, our department heads have been managing their own hiring and training. We have gotten to the point where we need someone who can focus entirely on recruitment and retainment, with a primary focus in staffing our Inside Sales department in order for us to grow at the pace that we want to.
This position will be yours to grow and to manage. Some of your responsibilities will be:
-manage all company job postings based off of department needs.
-seek already employed candidates who may be good fits, to gauge interest level in transferring to Smith.
- conduct all applicant screening, from reviewing resumes, to conducting phone, and in person interviews.
-ensure each candidates paperwork is properly processed and passed on.
This position will be a base plus bonus structure. Base salary is negotiable based off of experience. Bonus pay will be quarterly based off of recruitment goals being met. Smith offers paid holidays, vacation, 401k/ matching, health, vision, dental, and life insurances.
