A Robert Half client in Tampa is hiring for an Accounts Receivable Specialist on a full-time, direct-hire basis.
This position will be responsible for the following:
1. Keeping track of customer accounts daily using a standard account tracking system
2. Post check and credit card payments on customer accounts
3. Creating invoices and billing customers as needed
4. Manage relationships with customers and following up on past due accounts
5. Handling other accounting tasks as needed Position Requirements:
1. 1+ year of experience in Accounts Receivable
2. QuickBooks experience highly preferred
3. Must be a team player and possess professional demeanor
4. Must be organized and have the ability to work independently
5. Highschool diploma required
