A Robert Half client in Tampa is hiring for an AP/AR Specialist on a full-time, direct-hire basis.
This position will be responsible for the following:
1. Receiving invoices by mail and email, reviewing and entering invoices into company software
2. Carrying out weekly check runs for all vendor payments
3. Calling past due customers and collecting on accounts from repeat customers
4. Posting check payments received into company software
5. Reconciling bank accounts and credit card accounts as needed Position Requirements:
1. 2+ years of AP and AR experience
2. QuickBooks highly preferred
3. Must take initiative and be able to work independently
4. Highschool diploma required, some college courses preferred
5. Previous experience with bank account reconciliations preferred
