Title: SFDC Developer
Location: Tampa, FL. – Remote is fine for now but Post Covid-19, candidate must be willing to relocate.
Job Description:
·         At least 3-5 years in Salesforce development and administration, specifically developing in the SFDC Lightning framework for the SFDC Financial Services Cloud.
·         The ideal candidate will have advanced experience using the declarative Process Builder, Workflow, and Flow functionalities and prioritize their use instead of Apex/VisualForce or other imperative development/programming wherever possible.
·         Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Sales Cloud Consultant certifications are a plus.
·         Salesforce Mountaineer, Expeditioner, and Ranger Ranks are also a plus.
·         Experience driving technology development projects in an Agile environment.
·         Strong problem solving and critical thinking capabilities.
·         Strong attention to detail.
·         Strong verbal communication to walk through possible solutions to business requirements.
·         Strong written communication to document changes made.
