**Attention Experienced Call Center/ Appointment Setters**
Courtesy Chrysler is Expanding Their Team!
Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram a subsidiary of Asbury Automotive Group, which is one of the largest automotive retailers in the country, is currently looking for an Appointment Setter /Receptionist to assist in scheduling Service Appointments for our guest !
The ideal candidate will be friendly, excited about the opportunity to assist in providing Stellar Customer Service to our guest

Responsibilities and Qualifications
• Contacting and communicating with customers to identify automotive needs
• Make a high volume amount of outbound calls
• Receive a high volume of inbound calls
• Follow up with customers post service
• Set service appointments for customers
• Contact customers to confirm appointments
• Respond to Internet inquiries from customers by email with vehicle information
• Other duties to be determined by management
• Experience working in call/Internet/web response centers
• Experience with CRM Utilization Preferred (eLEAD, XTime etc.)
• Great Customer Service Skills & Motivation to be Successful
• Excellent phone presence
• Excellent organizational skills
• Be Able to Create and Maintain Customer Relationships
• Strong Computer & Phone Skills (Outlook, Excel)
• Prior Sales, Call Center, or BDC Experience PREFERRED
• Great Communication Skills (verbal & written)
• Able to multi-task
• Bi-lingual is always a plus!
• Team Player
• Must be able to work weekends
• Must be able to pass drug screen and pre-employment pre screening
