Full Job Description
The Billing Specialist position is a key member of the team that facilitates and processes payments for many of our accounts. They work with fellow associates to gather information as needed and ensure that all data is entered correctly and efficiently to maintain strong relationships with our clients.
New to the logistics industry? That’s okay! We provide industry and system training. This allows everyone to learn our business from the ground up and understand how they play a significant role in seeing it succeed.
Duties Include:
-Managing billing process for multiple accounts
-Contacting team members to solve issues with invoices
-Locating and scanning any documents requested by customers
-Systematically reviewing accounts and contacting customers by phone or email
-Uploading documents to 3rd-party payment systems and following up to ensure they are posted correctly
-Other duties may include daily system uploads, check application and check research
Skills required:

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-5 (hours may vary slightly)
