• Highly competitive compensation of $90,000 - $105,000, plus bonus potential!
Financial Planning and Analysis Manager of Finance Job Duties:
• Present financial results to upper management
• Manage budgeting and forecasting
• Assist with monthly financial reporting
• Oversee month end close financial review and analysis
• Hire, train and develop staff
• Assess risks
• Research and solve complex financial issues that arise
• Other special projects, as needed
Financial Planning and Analysis Manager Skills/Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting required
• Master’s Degree strongly preferred
• 3+ years of professional finance experience
• High growth, fast paced environment experience strongly preferred
• Advance technical and analytical skills required
• Solid critical thinking and attention to detail
• Strong planning and organization skills and understanding of the importance of deadlines
• Superb communications skills required
