About
ApplicantOne is a software company that is based in Lakeland, FL.  We currently have two major business lines in our organization.  The first is an Enterprise Applicant Tracking System that is utilized by organizations all over the country.  The second business line is our recruiting side of our business.  The ApplicantOne recruiting department currently has an opening for a full desk recruiter in our Lakeland, FL office.  This position is ideally developed for those that have an entrepreneurial spirit and want to build their own business.  As a Recruiter, we will provide all of the tools you need and best of all you have the benefit of utilizing our proprietary software.  As you build your business you have the opportunity to add members to your team to help your business continue to grow.
Role Activities And Responsibilities:
• Hunting for and partnering with hiring managers across the country to determine staffing needs
• Screening resumes and applying the "human touch" to our automated recruiting process
• Performing phone screens with candidates to ensure the candidate is a fit for the position
• Making candidate recommendations to company hiring managers
• Communicating effectively with both candidates and our customers throughout the process
• Growing business opportunities through the expansion of business with current customers
Here are some attributes that are needed to be successful in this position:
• Bachelor's degree or sufficient work experience
• 2-3 years + of proven work experience in business development and recruiting
• Strong business development profile (this is a sales + recruiting opportunity)
• Cold-calling experience
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and exceeding expectations
• Hands-on experience building your own success at your desk
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills and thinking on your feet
• ?Must be detail-oriented with the ability to listen to a Client's pain points
