Apogee is actively seeking a Senior Executive Administrative Assistant to be located at MacDill AFB in Tampa FL . This position will support the Maritime (M) Program Executive Office (PEO). PEO-M Mission: Provide rapid and focused acquisition of SOF-unique maritime mobility capabilities to USSOCOM operators conducting decisive SOF activities and global operations.

What you will be doing:
• Management of Program Executive Office email, with executive level messaging, as required. Coordinate and schedule internal/external meetings, conference calls, video teleconferences, and events.
• Manage travel, prepare travel itinerary, and provide meeting agendas, as required.
• Provides continuity in executive's absence.
• Excellent Knowledge/Proficiency in TMT, DTS, Microsoft Office products, SharePoint.
• Plan and coordinate administrative functions and provides information, assistance and advice regarding official PEO functions
• Acts as interface with high-level military and governmental visits/matters regarding program on Congressional Oversight.
• Performs all office administrative duties at the O-6 Level to include, travel, manage calendar, schedule meetings, manage phone calls, manage emails, office supplies.
• Conducts data call and workflow tasks in enterprise systems.
• Coordinates setup and execution of video teleconference (VTC) meetings in both open and secure environments.
• Provides continuity in AE executive's absence.
What you'll need:
• Top Secret (SCI Eligible) security clearance required
• 6 years related executive administrative work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree or career-related Associate's Degree plus 4 years related executive administrative work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.
• Independent working level knowledge of SOCOM systems for Form 14, Defense Travel System (DTS), Task Management Tool (TMT), Share Point Portal, VTC Procedures, Meeting Scheduler is highly desired.
• Strong working Knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Office Suite software.
• Experience and knowledge of working with executive level internal and external stakeholder organizations is required.
• Experience and knowledge of DoD Acquisition Executive level internal and external stakeholder organizations is highly desired.
• Functional experience as a files and record management specialist at the Executive Level is required.
• Experience as a military files and record management specialist is higly desired.
• Experience in written and verbal protocol at the senior executive level is required.
• Experience in written and verbal protocol at the General Officer / Flag Officer level is highly desired.
• Senior Executive Level Administrative Experience is required. Senior Non-commissioned Officer who has Administrative Officer experience is highly desired.
• Ability to quickly gain independent working proficiency in SOCOM sytems, including but not limited to, Form 14, Defense Travel System (DTS), Task Management Tool (TMT), Share Point Portal, VTC Procedures, Meeting Scheduler is highly desired.
• Experience and knowledge of PEO-Maritime internal and external stakeholder organizations is highly desirable.
• Functional experience as a military files and record management specialist is valued.
