Job Description of Help Desk Support Specialist
• Tier I help desk support
• Phone support internal user issues withing spaces including software, hardware, peripherals, network issues
• Document and track issues within ticketing system or tracking system
• Additional projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications for Help Desk Support Specialist:
• 2 or more years of IT Support/Help Desk experience
• Corporate environment experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred Experience for Help Desk Support Specialist:
• IT Certifications such as MCP, Comptia A+, etc.
• Apple (MAC or iOS) support experience
• Enterprise environment experience
