Full Job Description
As a Outbound Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for connecting with medical or provider offices to facilitate the retrieval of medical charts. This position, which is primarily outbound calling, requires someone comfortable working in a highly focused and time sensitive environment.
Responsibilities for this Outbound Call Center Agent job include:
• Outbound calls from a pre-determined list and an auto-dialer system to medical/provider offices
• Meeting daily quotas for scheduling the retrieval of medical records
• Notating retrieval computer software for important details surrounding the retrieval requests
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of recent call center experience, preferably outbound
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable on the phone speaking with various contacts for the entirety of the shift
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Excel
This position requires someone who is comfortable sitting at a desk for the entirety of their shift daily. Strong attention to detail is a MUST. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to overcome provider/facility objections. Excellent attendance is required.
Shift: Monday - Friday 9:00AM-5:30PM
