Full Job Description
At Cake Credit Repair we pride ourselves on providing outstanding credit repair services to our clients and our expanding Real Estate partners. As our company continues to grow, the need has arisen for a highly energetic, organized, and focused Client Services Associate to continue to champion our reputation of excellence with our clients. The ideal candidate will have:
• 3 years of verifiable customer service experience or sales experience
• Mastery of phone etiquette and highly motivated to excel
• A proven track record of quality client relationships and references
• Adaptable to change and proficient at multitasking
• Strong phone presence and expertise making multiple calls per day
