Responsibilities
The Finance Management Trainee Program (FMP) provides the opportunity to move through multiple rotational assignments within the Chief Financial Officer’s organization. The FMP is an eighteen-month program that focuses on multiple rotations within the finance organization including, accounting, financial planning and analysis, analytics, treasury, pricing and profitability management. The rotation will also include the Front Office, HR, Risk, Lending and Audit. This rotational process helps develop a solid knowledge base of the functional areas of the CFO group and Grow Financial.
Our goal is for the trainee to participate in a variety of activities that will foster teamwork, encourage networking, and demonstrate Grow’s vision and culture.  You will participate in Grow events, networking activities, community service activities, training and will be provided the opportunity to further develop leadership skills
Based on satisfactory performance and completion of the program, the FMP will be offered a position within the company.
Qualifications
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
• Candidates must have an undergraduate degree from The University of South Florida’s MUMA College of Business or a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a graduation date of May 2020.
• 3.2 minimum GPA required.
• Strong technical skills in Excel should be accompanied by proficiencies in critical thinking, business acumen, leadership, attention to detail, communication, community involvement and relationship building.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
• Ability to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of twenty-five (25) pounds without assistance.
• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and type English.
• Must be able to hear and use a telephone.
• Use of computer requires repetitive key strokes.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Traditional office setting.
• Travel to other branches or locations required as needed.
