What Will You Do?
The Audience and Analytics Manager is responsible for driving and executing our audience strategy for cross-channel marketing using our data management platform (DMP), customer databases and other audience tools. This position will dive into the data to identify opportunities and connect results to appropriate marketing campaigns. This position will partner with marketing strategy and execution teams, marketing leadership and third party marketing agencies to execute that strategy.
The Audience and Analytics Manager is accountable for a strong understanding of overall marketing intelligence, digging into cross-channel reporting to understand the effectiveness of our marketing programs. This position will use this data to recommend shifts in marketing spend and campaign approach.
What Do You Need?
·Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent work experience, Required
·3 years’ experience in digital marketing and analytics, Required
·Hands-on experience with digital audience and analytics tools, including DMPs, preferably SalesForce DMP(Krux)
·Experience working with multiple agency partners or in a digital agency environment
Primary Job Functions
1.Develop a deep understanding of current audiences of our marketing efforts, providing visibility into which are working successfully; ensure those learnings are shared across marketing channels.
2.Identify new audiences for exploration using tools like data management platforms (DMPs), customer data platform (CDP) and channel tools; partner with marketing channel leads to test audiences.
3.Create and maintain audience strategies across multiple advertising platforms and formats.
4.Use advanced data and analytics skills to drive audience strategy recommendations to the marketing organization.
5.Execute the audience set-up in the DMP platform; guide marketing coordinators on audience execution.
6.Identify new first- and third-party data sources to be leveraged to create new audiences.
7.Develop testing and targeting ideas; monitor contact strategy, channel and media partner overlap.
