1. Management of all marketing activities for the organization with the primary goal of supporting sales growth.
2. Development and maintenance of the annual marketing plan and marketing budget.
3. Management of the website and online presence including:
a.   Content management
b.   Developing a plan to enable e-commerce on a future iteration of the site
c.   Hiring and managing external contractors for UX/UI design
d.   Social media integrations
e.   SEO, SEM
f.   Management of all outbound marketing campaigns via email, social media and other avenues of outbound communication.
4. Collaboration with the engineering and product development teams to bring new products to market.
5. Management of all creative graphic design projects.
6. Management of all current and future marketing integrations within Salesforce.com.
7. Coordination and administrative support of all trade show activities including:
a.   Exhibit management
b.   Logistics
c.   Travel
d.   Pre / Post show marketing efforts
8. Development, maintenance and printing of all marketing collateral and product specifications.
9. Management of all outbound advertising activities.
10. Ownership of Hatch brand integrity to ensure consistency across all marketing and sales materials
11. Other projects and duties as designated by the President. 1.   Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Web Design or a relevant, related field
2.   Successful history of leading and managing marketing projects within a small-to-medium sized organization.
3.   Experience developing and maintaining websites for manufacturers with a large number of SKUs. Experience with Wordpress is a big plus.
4.   Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite required- Advanced proficiency with graphic design a plus.
5.   Experience using Salesforce.com CRM and associated marketing platforms.
6.   Ability to effectively collaborate with different company departments and stakeholders to achieve marketing goals.
7.   Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.
8.   Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
9.   Punctuality, reliability and willingness to work extra hours to complete critical tasks. $65000-$75000 per Yearly Employment Type: Full-time
