The Senior Manager, Centralized Financial Services, is responsible for overseeing the development, integration and transformation of Coke Florida's back office operations and sales center finance. The role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Capgemini (Procure to Pay (PTP) and Order to Cash (OTC) operations), finance support for 16 sales center locations and their Territory General Managers, which include daily route settlement and month-end close. The role will also partner with Field Operations and Customer Relations to identify solutions to streamline and optimize the business. The position is also responsible for ensuring an appropriate control environment, as well as driving operational efficiency and process improvement. This role will lead significant change management projects that review all finance functions to determine areas of opportunities to drive continuous process improvement and will require strong SAP process knowledge. As a key leader in the organization, the Senior Manager has a strong link to all key leaders in the organization and provides critical financial insight and analysis to senior leaders in Coke Florida.
Role Responsibilities
• Lead development, integration and transformation of Coke Florida's finance and accounting operations, identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement.
• Lead centralization and development of corporate standards of and policies for all HQ Finance functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and sales center reporting.
• Responsible for day-to-day management of Capgemini related to PTP and OTC and ensuring delivery of SLAs
• Responsible for Sales Center Finance support
• Continuously look for opportunity to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness throughout Coke Florida
• Lead change management projects and process improvement initiatives
• Provide coaching and development of direct and indirect reports
Role Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting / MBA a plus
• 8 - 10 years of Accounting and/or Finance in roles of progressive responsibility
• 8 - 10 as years of supervisory experience
• Strong understanding GAAP
• Exceptional leadership skills and ability to make critical decisions
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong hands-on working knowledge of SAP
• Change management leadership skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
