Requirements
Morgan & Morgan is seeking an attorney to handle a caseload of premises liability litigation files. The attorney will manage the full litigation process for a large volume of cases.
• Must have 1-2 years of previous experience.
• Must have knowledge of federal and state statutes, court rules, forms, processes and procedures.
• Must have experience answering discovery, trial and mediation preparation.
• Should be able to adapt in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage a high-volume case load.
