Full-Time Job Details Description The Media Analyst supports the development and execution of strategic media plans to drive brand awareness and restaurant traffic across the Bloomin’ Brands portfolio. This role contributes to the development of the Bloomin’ Brands integrated media strategy by working with cross functional partners to align objectives and deliver media plans that drive sales and traffic. This role reports to the Director of Media and works collaboratively with other Media Services and cross-functional team members. The Media Analyst also works closely with Bloomin’ Brands’ media agency. This role is based in our Tampa Restaurant Support Center. The position will work remotely at least through the end of 2020 (except as business needs dictate the possible need for onsite training or meetings) and we are seeking candidates local to the Tampa Bay area only, as no relocation funds are available for this role.  ESSENTIAL DUTIES Partner with agency to develop multi-channel media plans and buys, ensuring they are aligned to brand objectives Manage timelines for plan execution and measurement Lead the development of local market media plans to support brand Field Marketing teams Collaborate with brand partners to deliver appropriate creative assets on time, with appropriate messaging Support the agency’s stewardship of media buys, monitoring buys for under-delivery Monitor competitive media activity and develop implications for the brands Ensure accuracy of reporting at the cadence determined appropriate by the brands (promotional window, quarter, monthly, etc.) Act as a liaison between media auditor, media agency, and Bloomin’ Brands, and incorporate audit findings into future recommendations and buy stewardship Manage monthly media budget by ensuring media plans are aligned to brand budgets Validate accuracy of media billing and troubleshoot variances to approved budgets REQUIREMENTS Cross-channel media experience, with a focus on Video (Linear/FEP/CTV), Programmatic, Paid Social, and Search (SEM/SEO) Solid understanding of campaign metrics and reporting Working knowledge of programmatic buying, DMP capabilities, and audience data as it relates to paid media campaigns Experience with First Party Data and Audience Segmentation Proven ability to leverage analytical fluency to find insights based on available data and reporting Able to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines Detail oriented, strong business acumen, financial analysis skills, and strategic skills Demonstrated ability to approach tasks with a problem solving lens Experience managing media budgets in excess of $1MM Advanced knowledge of Excel EXPERIENCE/SKILLS 3-5 years’ experience in media planning and buying (agency or client side) required. Experience with restaurant/hospitality or retail verticals preferred. EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field, required. Qualifications
