Full Job Description
Accurately assembling and/or indexing mortgage and non-mortgage documents received electronically via various channels into Citrix server system (Captiva); Previous experience with data entry; 10 key extremely helpful.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines and work standards. Performs various production and support functions.
Individuals at this level are expected to use some independence of thought but to refer more complex problems to Subject Matter Expert or Team Manager.
The position requires an individual who is production and quality focused and who is capable of working in a high volume and demanding continuous production environment.
The individual must be a self-starter, able to be cross-trained on multiple processes, a team player, organized, and results oriented with exceptional work habits.
