Full Job Description
This is a Full-Time Onsite role in the Westchase area, Hours will be Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm! We are looking for strong candidates with background in Medical collections.
A Medical Collections Representative handles a high volume of outbound/inbound calls from patients regarding their delinquent accounts and is responsible for helping resolve their past due balances.
• Negotiate, collect, and resolve outstanding medical debt.
• Ability to ask probing questions and become the decision maker to assist patients in resolving accounts in a timely manner.
Education/Experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledgeable on Medicare/Medicaid
• 2+ years of Medical Collections experience
