Apex Systems, the nation’s 2nd largest IT staffing firm, is looking for attorneys who may be recent graduates with a Juris Doctorate who are looking for an engaging challenge that will allow you to use your education and learned skills in a real, applied working environment. People who are tech savvy and can work in several different systems at once. This is a project-based engagement that will require you to work in a team with a paralegal and an Oracle DBA in a virtual work environment to review, analyze and organize a large number of third party supplier contracts and related documents, update the information and ensure accurate upload / updating to the contracts database as directed.

Position Details:
• Pipeline for contract document review
• Experience in electronically reviewing documents in complex third party contractual matters from our Oracle database platform. Most documents are presented in PDF or MS Word
• This role will require the Attorney to review the document stack prepared by the Paralegal on the team. Relate all the documents in that stack in an appropriate Parent/Child relationship based on the provided contract schema and then append the contract file in Oracle with the appropriate data in the appropriate field. Then provide the finalized Supplier Contract File output back to the Oracle DBA for document upload into Oracle as a finalized package.
• Opportunity to practice and expand your legal experience by providing valuable insight into the discovery process in different areas of contract law
• Review and code documents for responsiveness, relevancy, confidentiality, and privilege
Requirements:
• High speed internet access and either a Mac or PC with Windows 7 or newer operating system is required.
