Bowman Consulting has immediate opportunities for Right of Way Supervisors to join our  team.  The Supervisor will be expected to take on a leadership role within the Right of Way team and will coordinate with Right of Way Agents/COS, project managers, clients, engineers, and other disciplines to deliver transportation, energy, or utility projects on schedule and on budget.  The Supervisor will train and mentor junior staff and manage workload for assigned team.  Opportunities in multiple locations.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead a team of 4-6 Right of Way Agents/ Customer Outreach Specialists (COS) in the acquisition of easements for one or more neighborhood laterals with reporting responsibility to project manager
Responsible for daily Agent/COS assignments and allocation of resources
Focus is on bringing individual laterals to closure based on established goals
Responsible for tracking results and reporting progress on a regular basis
Assist in developing processes and provide input for achieving company and office operational excellence while growing region and office
Ensure that project processes and procedures are implemented and adhered to
Mentor and train Right of Way Agents/ COS and other staff as needed
Provide guidance in challenge identification and development and implementation of solutions
Communicate with challenging landowners to overcome project resistance
Coordinate with PM on project goals, progress, processes, reporting, and resource allocation
Coordinate with Title Specialist to identify issues and obtain guidance for resolution
Coordinate with Project Coordinators for data integrity, project reporting, and document management
Complete time sheet review and employee evaluations
Role includes approximately 30% office-based work and 70% field-based work
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry related Right of Way work experience
Minimum 5 years' experience performing all aspects of land, Right of Way, and easement acquisition
Minimum 2 years’ Right of Way supervisory experience
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Knowledge in all aspects of Right of Way, including acquisition, title, permitting, due diligence, public relations, community outreach and basic understanding of general regulatory and legal issues
Intermediate computer skills in various Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as familiarity with database systems
Experience reading design plans/profiles
Ability to lead and develop a Right of Way team and manage individual projects
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Satisfactory driving record as determined by the Company and a current, valid State driver’s license
Bilingual abilities are a plus
Florida real estate license is a plus
