And because you know your customers and their typical freight load, you'll never be surprised or slowed down by unusual shipments.br /br /CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver Benefits:ulliCompetitive pay:ul style=list-style-type:circle;liStarting pay 47.5 cpm/liliTop pay 48.5 cpm reached after 90 days/liliAverage 2,000 - 2,300 miles per week/liliAverage $1,170 per week / $60,814 per year/liliUnloading pay is .125 per case which could average $125- $250 per load/liliTub pick up is $15/ trailer (tub/ container that holds the small merchandise)/liliCompany sponsored per diem program/li/ul/liliDrivers will be home on weekends/liliDispatches Sunday afternoon through Monday noon/liliSunday dispatch= home on Friday; Monday dispatch= home Friday evening or Saturday morning/liliDrivers run to the Northeast (ME, RI, VA, PA, NY, NJ), Southeast (TN, NC, SC, FL, GA), Southwest (TX, MO, AR, OK), and Midwest (IL, IN, OH, KY, MI, WI, KS, IA, MN) every week/liliDrivers run 2 different routes per week to these areas/liliTaking pre-loaded trailers in Lebanon, TN and delivering to Cracker Barrel stores (merchandise, not food) coast to coast/liliMerchandise for each store is divided by a bulkhead; freight is not all mixed together/liliRuns will vary weekly; bid on regional runs later; any backhauls will vary as well/liliMust setup ramp and two-wheel freight into the customers storeroom (most stops take 1+ hours to unload)/liliAll drivers will ride with a Dedicated Averitt driver on this account for the 1supst/sup week to ensure a complete understanding of the customer's processes and procedures.
