GREAT FOOT IN THE DOOR TO THE MORTGAGE INDUSTRY - NO PRIOR MORTGAGE EXPERIENCE NEEDED!!!
PAY: $23.50/HR
Position will start our remote then will move to on-site (in downtown, Tampa) once COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.
***Looking for individuals with a baseline understanding of the financial world and for someone who can handle a fast-paced, deadline driven work environment without becoming overwhelmed and someone who is a quick learner.
Will assist the mortgage processor with gathering needed information and documentation needed to submit loan application to underwriting.
Assist with payoffs, gather tax transcripts, title orders, pays stubs, Verification of Employment, homeowners insurance information, gift letters, broker of record (BOR) letters, and other needed documentation.
Work within federal and state guidelines
Communicate with Loan officer, employers of applicants and other third parties as needed.
