Full Job Description
Your background must include customer service experience in a fast-paced professional office environment. Attention to detail is essential, while bringing a great "customer first" approach to work every day. You will be working with all levels of legal clients ranging from legal secretaries to senior partners and corporate counsel. Duties include managing Anthem's roster of expert court reporters/stenographers, maintaining relationships with our legal clients, booking conference rooms nationwide, and hiring expert legal videographers. Some advanced degree work is preferred.

Pay: From $37,000.00 per year

Currently 40% of our staff work remotely.
