Seeking a Medicare Member Services Specialist for a rapidly growing leader in the Healthcare Insurance Industry. This person must be customer service oriented and have experience working within the healthcare industry. The role will be involved with both inbound and outbound customer support calls and go above and beyond to address all questions or concerns from members; as well this role will be responsible for updating/managing all customer information in the company CRM system accurately. This position offers a base salary along with a strong monthly performance bonus
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least one year of experience working within a call center environment
- Must have Medicare experience
- Customer service oriented, positive attitude, and ability to handle any situation with poise
- Positive attitude and energy in order to connect with customers: ability to sell/up sell
- Florida 2-15, 2-40, or 2-14 license is REQUIRED
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skill set
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
