• Maintenance, Administration, and Update experience in OpenText Content Server, OpenText Archive Server, OpenText Directory Services
• Development experience in SQL, HTML , JAVA SCRIPT, AJAX, JQUERY
• Implementation of OpenText Records Management, and Brava
• Fixing of user issues
• Developing OpenText workflows using OpenText Forms, Categories, Views, and OpenText workflow extensions.
