Project_Description
We are looking for a Senior Developer in Tampa (Florida) for a large scale
distributed project for our global financial institution client.
Project Teams are distributed cross different locations worldwide (Tampa, New
York, St. Petersburg, Shanghai).
Project is based on Java technology stack (Java 8/Spring), Oracle as data
storage for a high-load margin calculation platform.
Responsibilities
* - Design and development of software components working in a group or on
your own;
* Unit and Integration testing;
* Continuous Integration of program components;
* Evaluation and recomendatation for new technologies and updating versions
of existing ones.
* Skills
Must have
o - 3+ years of working on enterprise projects with hands-on
experience in software development using Java technology stack and
Oracle database;
o Experience in working on full SDLC projects in Financial services
organizations;
o Good verbal and written communication skills; upper-intermediate
English;
o Ability to think clearly, get to the bottom of things in solving
technical issues;
o Analytical skills;
o Positive attitude and high stress tolerance;
o Nice to have
# - Apache Kafka, Hive, Flume experience;
# Degree in Computer Science; or in math or physics is a plus;
# Knowledge of financial domain, preferable areas are margin
trading applications, margin risk management is a big plus;
# Languages
English: B2 Upper Intermediate
