RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is looking for Senior Network Engineers. Qualified candidates will Develop SOAP scripts to run TR-069 parameters which uses APIs, also perform Remote Procedure Calls using Eco Manage which uses TR-069 parameters to communicate with CPEs. Develop and configure networks using Wireshark, Putty, ALM, JIRA, SOAP, Selenium, Cucumber, BDD, TDD, Java, Maven, Eclipse, Python, Alcatel 7360 and Cisco Switch. Analyze functional Specifications provided while implementing new features and develop test cases. Write Automation functional scripts using selenium with JAVA, BDD and TDD Framework. Create TCL and Python scripts which are used developing the internal tools used for validating the network side layer capabilities. Develop Spirent Test Center scripts for simulation of IPv4 and IPv6 traffic with different protocol headers like UDP, Authentication Header, ESP - Encapsulated Security Payload, IPSec. Perform IPv6 Conformance, Firewall and IP Passthrough verification and validation using Spirent clients by creating various stream blocks. Configure Alcatel 7450, 7360, DSLAM which are high capacity access nodes, Ethernet Service switches which provide WAN side connections to get Internet Services. Configure CPEs WAN side connections with OLT, ONT, GPON, xDSL, SFPs active ethernets with 10G and 1G capabilities to verify and validate high-speed internet services. Verify end-to-end LAN and WAN side performance while connected to various LAN clients. Analyze WAN/LAN side packets and also use WinSCP to SCP the logs which are collected from CPEs, run coredump to collect crash logs, system logs. Implement L2 and L3 (DataLink and Network layers), SNMP to manage network devices and their functionalities. Perform Sanity checks on VOIP - VoiceOverIP quality and Video content streaming quality service(qos) while connected to Residential Gateways or CPEs.
REQUIREMENTS:
Requirements: Master's Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Information Technology or Engineering and one year's experience in position or one year's experience in IT field (or Bachelor's Degree and five years' experience). Special requirements: Experience with Wireshark, Putty, ALM, JIRA, SOAP, Selenium, Cucumber, BDD, TDD, Java, Maven, Eclipse, Python, Alcatel 7360 and Cisco Switch.
