Full Job Description
Technical Account Manager
Summary
The Technical Account Manager is the product SME, responsible for project intake, project success analysis, and release-related communication with the customer. As a Technical Account Manager, you act as a representative of the customer to DataLink’s internal teams and an ambassador to the customer for DataLink.
Essential Functions
• Ensure client technical matters are resolved effectively with the highest client satisfaction
• Ensures technological needs adhere to customer roadmap
• Mitigates abrasion from issues and errors from the customer and DataLink
• Distributes management information timely to all stakeholders
• A team player across both the customer & DataLink
• Facilitates the flow of information for the following:
• Feature Sign-Off
• New Development Report
• UAT Sign-off
• Quality Assurance Reporting
• Bug & Ticket Monitoring
• Establish daily meeting cadence to include data intake and analysis, discovery process, ad-hoc reporting features, enhancements and bugs
• Coordinates knowledge transfer through the following methods:
• Enhanced discovery calls
• Feature requirements
• Prioritization of features
• Release notes
• Proficient in customer's design and implementation flows
• Support team members with complex technical solutions and remove roadblocks to execution
• Respond to client’s technical concerns and drive the resolution of technical issues as they arise
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 2-4 years’ work experience in an account management, business development and/or provider relations role
• 2-4 years of software configuration/implementation experience
• 1-3 years healthcare industry experience required, clinical preferred
• Knowledge of value-based care, HEDIS and STARS scores a plus
• Familiar with T-SQL, such as querying databases and analyzing data a plus
• Maintains and applies knowledge of current trends, practices and developments in health care
• Demonstrates ability and confidence in client facing interactions
• Display natural curiosity and innovative problem-solving skills in the approach to analytic questions
• Ability to grasp client’s technical needs and translate into solutions involving DataLink’s products
• Ability to communicate complex issues and technical problems clearly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
