*For Experienced Loan Officers Only | With a minimum of $500k in volume per month*
We have developed a model that generates tons of quality leads for our loan officers to work with on a daily basis. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our affiliated real estate brokerage to give you a strong chance of closing more deals than the average loan officer. If you come onboard you should expect to close no less than 4 deals per month.
We are only looking for high volume individuals that currently have a pipeline of their own but want more. On top of being a high producer, we are seeking individuals that ultimately want to become a branch manager. We see our branch managers as having an enormous outcome in the way our company will be shaped over the next few years. If you are ready to work hard and make more than you have ever made before then we want to speak with you.

Qualifications
We are seeking Mortgage Orignitators that possess the below:
• 2 years of Mortgage experience
• Excellent communication skills and organization
• Ability to manage a high volume of leads, while staying organized in our CRM
• NMLS Florida license
• Bilingual (Spanish, Portuguese, Russian) is a plus; please mention if bilingual
• Experience in Calyx Point or Encompass is required
• Minimum $500k in volume per month.
