ABOUT ACUITY
Acuity is a communications solutions provider focused onhelping businesses better leverage their mobile, voice, and datainfrastructures. We’ve been around since 2002 but pivoted our service model afew years ago and are pushing hard to drive growth.
This is a support role, providing general office managementand administrative assistance to executives, project managers, and team members.
We are looking for someone with experience working withdynamic teams and the ability to adapt to changing priorities is imperative. Agreat aptitude for applying judgement, decision making and organizationalskills in a proactive manner will be part of the daily process.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Office Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-dayadministration and organization of the office to help us operate efficiently. Youwill be assisting many different groups throughout the organization with flexibilityand the ability to multi-task are critical.
Specific responsibilities include:
• Provide corporate administration, including using phone systems, managing calendars, meeting coordination, and event management
• General office communications both internal and customer-facing through email, over the phone, using software like our ticketing systems or Microsoft Office
• Assist with new hire onboarding processes
