Full Job Description
Florida Agency Network is seeking a Receptionist/Customer Service Representative for a high-volume office.
The Florida Agency Network (FAN) is a network of independent title agencies that have formed a strategic alliance to provide shared back office services, pooled resources, and greater geographic coverage throughout the State of Florida. Florida Agency Network’s proud members include: Hillsborough Title, Tampa Bay Title, Paramount Title, Strategic Title, Gator Title, Smart Title, Affinity Title Services of Florida, and Total Title Solutions.
Qualified Candidate will:
• Answer high-volume phone system and direct clients to appropriate party/department
• Provide an outstanding level of customer service at all times
• Greeting and seating clients with a very welcoming personality
• Assist with Earnest money deposits and receipts
• Assist clients with general information
• Etc.
Requirements:
• Maintain professional demeanor and high level of customer service at all times
• Self-motivated individual with at least 1-2 years experience in an office setting/customer service
• 1-2 years experience handling high-volume phone system
• Career-minded
• Outgoing and helpful personality
• Professional appearance
• Punctual and Reliable
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to work in stressful, high pressure situations
• Ability to type 40 WPM
• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Computer savvy
• Strong team-player
