The System Administrator position will setup, manage, administer, and optimize internal IT systems, computing equipment, applications, services, policy, and procedures to support office and WFH/remote workforce as well as customer and 3rd party partners.
Responsibilities
• Setup, manage, administer, and optimize business IT systems, computing equipment, applications, services, policy, and procedures to support local and remote/WFH workforce as well as customer and 3rd party partners.
• In charge of the provisioning, configuration, inventory, tracking, maintenance, troubleshooting, service/repair, and system support of end user computers (laptops), mobile devices, and secure remote access capabilities for all departments, and their specific computing needs.
• In charge of the administration of company domain accounts for employees, including setup, configuration, password management and all security controls and continuous operation & compliance requirements.
• Manage and support a multitude of internal cloud, and SaaS systems, tools, services, and applications to support business operations, IT project management, QA testing and software development. Responsible for the evaluation, review, selection, installation, or configuration of approved software, as well as ongoing management.
• Serves as a member of Information Security Team (IST). Implement, operate, enforce, and document security controls for IT system and employee security program including compliance requirements. Review and maintain reports, compliance logs and supporting evidence and materials, including internal systems and external third party partners, BAs, or vendors.
• Work closely with AWS cloud engineering (DevOps) team to implement and manage connectivity, access or other interfaces or integrations as required.
• Work closely with technical support and help desk team to respond and to resolve ticketed requests as required.
• Analyzes business requirements of all departments to determine back-office technology needs; Documents IT protocols to provide proper communication and training for staffs.
