Our growing company is seeking an Inbound Customer Service Sales Representative to become part of the OneTouch Team!!
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Conducting inbound customer service / technical support calls with B2B clients.
• Creatively problem solving.
• Quickly assessing customer needs, trouble shooting and providing sound solutions.
• Providing a high-level of customer service
• Documenting details of customer interactions.
• Managing through multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously.
Responsibilities
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Must live in Greater Tampa Bay area
• Minimum 1-year customer service or sales experience
• Contact Center experience (preferred)
• Regular attendance required
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Fluent in English
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
• Experience handling inbound and outbound sale calls
• Computer skills including navigating multiple tabs, windows and systems
• Basic typing skills
• Strong communication and written skills
• Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers
• Capable of meeting sale goals
