Job Summary
The role of the Provider Customer Service Manager is to manage day-to-day staff and operations of the Provider Customer Service Call Team, ensuring service quality and productivity metrics are met or exceeded on a consistent basis. The Customer Service Manager is accountable for performance at the individual agent level and the overall call center level both in real-time, as well as on a cumulative basis, and is prepared to make sound decisions/adjustments regarding resource allocation whenever indicated in order to maintain performance. The Customer Service Manager has a responsibility to provide continuous coaching and feedback to supervisors and staff in order to enable and motivate them to perform at expected levels, which includes job performance (quality, productivity, compliance with regulatory requirements), attendance, work habits and adherence to departmental and human resources policies.
Essential Job Functions
1.Develops call center staff to include training, goal setting and motivation.
2.Manages staff performance through the use of call center data and regular, individualized coaching sessions.
3.Represents Customer Service as a decision-maker in various cross-functional meetings, projects and activities.
4.Utilizes departmental data and information to analyze trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
5.Develops staff communications and training needs.
6.Coordinates departmental projects, effectively managing resources in the process.
7.Handles escalated customer issues according to company policy.
8.Performs all other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Required Education, Experience & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required or five years of management work experience may be substituted in lieu of a bachelor’s degree).
• Three to five years progressive experience in service operations department or call center.
• Three to five years of experience in a health care operating environment.
• 3- 4 years of supervisory experience
• Proven experience in resource and / or performance management.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational, phone, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with a varied audience, both internally and externally.
• What are the hours? ( Training hours?) Work hours 9-6 and sometimes 8-5 and training hours would be first full week and then on the job training with training days in between.

• REQUIRED: For now its remote but if all return by 10/5 so will this position so it will be located in Westshore Tampa FL and candidates must reside in Tampa, FL.
