We are currently in search of a proactive and experienced Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director across a spectrum of activities to enable him to perform his role more efficiently and with the greatest impact.
As the Executive Assistant, you will hold a role that is front-facing for the MD and critical to bridging relationships both internally and externally.
The Daily
• Extensive diary management including complex scheduling of meetings and ensuring meeting arrangements are completed accurately with all necessary details and materials.
• Anticipate MD?s, requirements, schedule, and provide high-level administrative support.
• Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, agendas, etc.
• Interact regularly and build relationships with leadership both internally and across the industry.
• Plan, coordinate and communicate employee events such as group meetings, off-sites, etc.
• Manage all aspects of travel and expenses.
The Essentials
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with excellent professionalism and high emotional intelligence.
• Experience with handling multiple assignments, deadlines, and proactively solve problems with a ?can-do? attitude and limited supervision.
• Dynamic team player who contributes to an environment that embraces constant change and innovation.
• Strong decision making and problem-solving capabilities with a natural drive and eagerness to find answers to resolve problems or troubleshooting issues.
• Ability to be assertive yet ensure a collaborative style when working with multiple stakeholders.
• Advanced skills with Apple and PC formats as well as MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Industry background advantageous and/or interest in the Media & Entertainment industry.
