Parker and Lynch, Legal is assiting an Am Law 200 firm expand their bankruptcy team in their Tampa office. The work will include bankruptcy litigation and restrucuturing, primarily focusing on Ch. 11.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of bankrtupcy litigation and restrucuring experience and top acamedic credentials. Admission to the FL bar is not required. However, unlicensed candidates would have to take the FL bar in 2021.
