I'm a recruiting consultant with Artech and I'm hoping I can help you find the perfect next opportunity for your career goals.  You very well could be happy in your present role, but might be looking for a more challenging project or maybe you want to explore opportunities outside your comfort zone.  I am currently recruiting for a Systems/Programmer for the largest telecommunications companies in the US.  Below are the specs for the role:
Role : Systems Programmer
Location : Temple Terrace, FL
Duration : 6 Months ( Possible Extension)
Remote or Onsite: Onsite
Tax Term: Open to W2 only
Works closely with customers and team members to understand current operating procedures, program objectives, and business requirements that drive the design and development of high quality technical solutions. Involved with full systems life cycle to include planning, coding, testing, and documentation. Experienced in system analysis, design, and quality assurance. Consults with user to identify current operating proceedure and clarify program objectives and makes recommendations about new code or reuse of existing code. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other related field. Ability to manage multiple assignments. Superior written and oral communication skills. 6-10+ years of experience.
Necessary Skills / Experience:
Expert knowledge of NodeJS, Java 7 and Java 8.
Experience with Spring Framework including Spring Boot.
Expert knowledge of creating REST-based services.
Strong knowledge of MySQL, Developing applications using microservice architecture.
Good to have: Mongo DB, Angular, jQuery, ReactJS frameworks
Ability to analyze and implement enhancements to existing applications
Experience using source code control systems (Stash preferred)
Experience in a structured development environment as part of a team of engineers, developers and testers.
Excellent verbal, written, analytical and communications skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to deliver on promised dates Excellent team, interpersonal, and organizational skills
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree with 6+ years overall IT experience
REQUIRED SHIFT:8am to 5pm est. 8am requirement -for daily onshore calls with offshore team
