At Turning Point of Tampa, our programs feature highly-credentialed staff providing real structure, teaching clients how to practice 12-Step principles, in a residential setting where solid group counseling is the keystone. We specialize in treating Substance Abuse, Eating Disorders, and Dual Diagnosis. We are accredited by the Joint Commission and are a licensed provider of residential, PHP, and IOP programs. We strive to create a “life-like" environment, focusing on recovery through responsibility. To date, we have carried the message of recovery to over 12,000 clients.
Summary:
We are seeking a candidate for a part-time Charitable Foundation Coordinator/Administrative Assistant. As the Charitable Foundation Coordinator/Administrative Assistant at Turning Point of Tampa, you will be responsible for facilitating events for the Charitable Foundation, including coordinating participants and vendors of the event. You will also be responsible for providing administrative support to the staff and marketing team, which will include (but is not limited to) answering a multiline phone system, design of marketing and fundraising materials, and running errands as needed. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Basic graphic design skills are also required.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years experience working in an office environment in a clerical capacity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Publisher
• Knowledge of basic graphic design using platforms such as Canva, RelayThat, Crello, Picmonkey, etc.
