Job Summary:
The BDC Coordinator serves as the initial point of contact (via Phone and Social Media) for our clients marketing campaigns, connecting potential customers with our clients. The position provides the customer with in-depth product knowledge and service information. The BDC coordinator provides quality customer service, collects data and maintains database through custom software. This position works in a call center environment.
Essential Functions:
• Responds to inbound and outbound calls from customers who are responding to our clients marketing campaign and customer requests.
• Enters accurate notes and updates customer lead data into custom software to ensures accuracy for use by all staff.
• Sets appointments for customers and transfers call to appropriate staff when needed.
• Identifies and resolve customer needs and effectively overcome customer objections by following departmental processes using tools, scripting and checklists.
• Keeps informed of new products, services and other general information of interest to customers.
• Follow-up on customer inquiries.
• Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
• Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations.
• Meets daily metrics and call quota minimums.
Requirements:
• English (Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Call center experience.
• Results Driven, Team Player.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Occasional morning, mid-day and overtime work may be required, and every weekend work is required as job duties demand.

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
