Job Description
Deliver services for scanning, OCR, branding, Bates labeling, push button load files, blowback printing, CD/DVD creation/duplication.
Capture of images and data to client specified formats using the Ipro capture suite of products.
Responsible for the creation of final delivery media.
Conversion of Image Formats (PDF, TIFF & JPEG)
QC of imaging and print products once imported into capture software.
Effectively communicating project status.
Work with production staff, Site Manager, Client Litigation Support staff to ensure proper specifications for technical deliverables
Learn new systems, formats and specifications as required.
Required Characteristics and Credentials
HS Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strict adherence to all policies and procedures.
Computer skills; Windows Office products.
Additional knowledge with: IPRO, Concordance, Summation, eCapture, Eclipse, Acrobat, PDF's, TIFF's are a plus.
Willingness to submit to a pre-employment Computer test and criminal background check
