Customer Services/Pretzel Maker
Our Team Members are responsible for the preparation and presentation of Ben's Soft pretzel products. You will learn how to prepare the dough, roll pretzels, bake pretzels and our other products and provide excellent customer service by satisfying each customer's needs and exceeding their expectations. We are committed to your growth and development as well as committed to treating our customers with top service.
The Team Member will be responsible for operating our Ben’s Soft Pretzel bakery location in the Owensboro, KY Meijer (2951 Heartland Crossing, Owensboro, KY 42303). Team members are required to be trained in all aspects of store operations.
• Open and Close store at required times.
• Be able to manage money (cash and credit) transactions.
• Must be able to roll pretzels and bake all Ben’s Soft Pretzels products to the standards and specifications required by Ben’s Soft Pretzels.
• Must be able to lift 50 + lbs
• Must be 18 + to operate mixer
Must be able to successfully participate and perform the Ben’s Soft Pretzels “Strive 4 5ive” Customer Service experience.
• Perform all requirements of being a team member at a Ben’s Soft Pretzels franchise.
• Must meet all federal, state, county, and local labor requirements.
