Alorica is expanding our partnership with a major retailer in the Tampa market and we’re hiring 600 Full-Time (not project based or temporary) Customer Care Representatives , paying $14.50/hour . Hours of operation will be 8a-11p EST, Monday-Sunday, with shifts ranging between those hours.
These positions will be Work from Home , with our first virtual training class taking place on Monday, September 21st. Who wants a seat in our virtual training room, we have Recruiters ready to talk to you today!
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS TO WORK FROM HOME
For this opportunity, you will be required to independently have access to the following equipment and skills:
•   Computer, two monitors, keyboard, and mouse are being provided to you by Alorica. You read that correctly, we’re providing the equipment .
• You will need to have or purchase a USB Headset (the sooner you get these, the better.)
High Speed Internet access 4MBPS upload/download (minimum). You can test this by going to www.speedtest.org . Take a screenshot, we will need that from you.
Internet Connection : DSL, cable, or fiber optic (no dial-up, satellite, or wireless.) You MUST be able to hard wire into the router via an ethernet cord.
Typing speed required: 30 word per minute.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred

At least six months of working experience in the customer care industry

Phone-related customer service a major plus

Strong computer skills, including working with multiple computer screens
• Typing Speed: 30 words per minute
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Stellar customer service skills – and an overwhelming desire to make lives better, one interaction at a time

Knowledge of client product/procedures

Ability to use phone and computer systems

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong listening/comprehension skills

Ability to stay composed and objective

Conversational, patient and confident, with a positive attitude
