Property Attendant
Our client was founded in 1989 servicing the home owners Valrico, FL. Due to office growth we are currently searching for a Property Attendant to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Coordinate office activities and operations to e nsure efficiency and compliance with policies.
• Manage phone calls and correspondence with association members and residents.
• Create and update records and databases with member access information and other relevant data.
• Ensure conduct of community center as a whole is in compliance with policies.
• Schedule member events, ensuring all relevant documents are in accordance with policies.
• Ensure parties are conducted in accordance with policies.
• Maintain shift log book.
• Contact and schedule appropriate services , with proper coordination.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment inside the community center and in the parking lot.
• Contact the designated point of contact for all relevant matters.
• Ensure restrooms are clean and presentable during those winter months wh en a janitorial staff is not retained.
• Retrieve camera data upon request.
Requirements:
• Must be able to operate computer proficiently
• Must be able to respectfully address members and guests not acting in accordance with policies
• High school diploma
• Familia rity with office procedures
• MS Office familiarity
